Randy started working at Cleveland Brothers in March 2000 as a lube technician. Then held various positions within the service department as a shop and field technician.

In 2006, he took on a role within the HR department as a Corporate Technical Recruiter. As a recruiter, he spends most of his days speaking at secondary, post-secondary and technical schools as well as military bases within the territory to educate students about the future of the industry and the career opportunities available at Cleveland Brothers.

The part of my job that I enjoy the most is being able to have a part in developing new programs, like our Natural Gas Technician Program at CPI and our Cat programs at Penn College and NCST, in doing so I have had the opportunity to meet and work with some great people. I have also had a part in helping to develop numerous diesel programs at the secondary level. I enjoy getting the word out to students and separating military personnel who we are at Cleveland Brothers, what we stand for and how they can be a part of our company.

With such a rich history in Pennsylvania, describe what it means to work for Cleveland Brothers.

With the great employees that have come before me and the history of ownership, it means I can take pride in walking in to a school or career fair wearing my Cleveland Brothers shirt.

Why did you choose to work at Cleveland Brothers over other companies?

Family owned. Continuous training. Career stability.

you have any advice for people thinking of applying to work for Cleveland Brothers?

Apply with the mindset that you are looking for a career not just a job to report to.
