Randy FetteroffCorporate Technical Recruiter | Human Resources
I started working at Cleveland Brothers in March of 2000 as a lube technician. The following years, continued working within the service department as a shop and field technician.
In 2006, I took on a role within the human resources department as a Corporate Technical Recruiter. As a recruiter, I spend most of my days speaking at secondary, post-secondary and technical schools as well as military bases within our territory to educate students about the future of our industry and the career opportunities available at Cleveland Brothers.
The part of my job that I enjoy the most is being able to have a part in developing new programs, like our Natural Gas Technician Program at CPI and our Cat programs at Penn College and NCST, in doing so I have had the opportunity to meet and work with some great people. I have also had a part in helping to develop numerous diesel programs at the secondary level. I enjoy getting the word out to students and separating military personnel who we are at Cleveland Brothers, what we stand for and how they can be a part of our company.
